Milikani Ndaba is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of Botswana with over 10 years post-qualification experience primarily in the practice of commercial and international law and in other specialized areas including finance, mining and intellectual property law. With professional in experience at Executive level she has demonstrated competence in analytical and strategic thinking, decision making and initiating action, teamwork and partnering, effective communication, supervision and accountability, planning and execution, innovating and driving change as well as delivering quality service. She currently serves as Assistant Secretary in the Attorney General’s Chambers and as member of the BPAH Board.
She holds a Bachelors of Laws degree (United Kingdom) and a post-graduate degree in Intellectual Property (Zimbabwe). She is also pursuing an MBA with the University of Botswana.
Mr. Phodiso Brian Malope is a seasoned legal, risk and compliance professional with over ten years experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Malope has covered various management roles covering areas in legal, risk management, compliance and company secretarial. His experience transcends across banking, micro lending, insurance (life and short term) and asset management having worked for various institutions including Standard Chartered Bank Botswana, Botswana Insurance Holdings Limited and Letshego Holdings Limited.
Mr. Malope holds a Bachelor of Laws from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and post graduate qualification in risk management from the Botswana Accountancy College. He is currently the Legal, Risk and Compliance Executive at Vunani Fund Managers (formerly STANLIB Investment Management Services).
Ms. Zindzi Letsididi is a visionary and purpose driven leader who believes in supporting citizen economic empowerment initiatives, and youth development.
She is the Founder and Director of TheNeoHub Innovation Lab. In her role, she has the responsibility of facilitating SMMEs innovations and oversees the strategy mandate of the Innovation hub. TheNeoHub is an organisation established to co-create a community of purpose driven start-ups innovators aimed at answering current global issues by offering creative, innovative, and sustainable solutions. Prior to setting up this unique organisation, Ms. Letsididi spent time benchmarking in Kenya to understand the entrepreneurial ecosystem and innovation in that region. Furthermore, she worked as a business development consultant assisting companies with their growth strategies and process optimization.
Ms. Letsididi has more than 10 years’ experience in wealth management, Investment banking, business development and customer experience. She began her career at Standard Bank in South Africa as an intern in the Financial Planning Division. She proceeded to First National Bank of Botswana as an executive trainee rotating amongst the different banking division and later became a wealth planner in the Private Banking Division where she was responsible for individual private wealth creation and management.
She later went on to become a Retail Investment Specialist with Botswana Insurance Fund Management (BIFM) responsible for retail business development of corporate and individual clients. Subsequently she was appointed to a senior role within the organisation ultimately responsible for the formulation and implementation of the retail sales strategy, leading an aggressive sales team and representing the MANCO of the unit trusts business at board and CEO’s reporting. At the same organisation she was recognised for her exemplary performance, work ethic, extraordinary service, and dedication by being a recipient of CEO’s excellence award. Ms. Letsididi is an advocate for financial literacy. She often teaches on various financial education and investment management topics to inculcate a savings culture among Batswana.
In 2008 while in university she was selected as one of the top 60 women in finance in South African Universities through an Investec sponsored initiative. She holds a BCom Financial Planning and BCom Honors in Business management majoring in Finance & Strategic Management both from Nelson Mandela University in South Africa. She holds a Certificate in Proficiency in long term insurance and an ACI treasury dealing certificate from ACI Financial Markets Association.
As part of her social responsibility Zindzi is the founding director of a society that aims to empower young women to live a purpose-driven life marked by leadership, accountability, and societal contribution.
Mr. Kagiso Balopi is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) United Kingdom. Mr. Balopi holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acc) degree from the University of Botswana. Kagiso has completed the Management Development Program (MDP) with the University of Stellenbosch, Investment in Excellence (IIE) with The Pacific Institute and is a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (CERM).
Mr. Balopi’s employment history covers auditing, accounting and enterprise-wide risk management at various levels. Currently he serves as Head of Risk Management at the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) and previously as Head of Finance at NBFIRA. Prior to joining NBFIRA, Mr. Balopi had a stint at Botswana Ash (Pty) Ltd, as Financial Accountant. Extensive audit experience was acquired over a five-year period, at Deloitte & Touche, where his career was kick-started, while at Deloitte & Touche he covered various clients predominantly in the financial institutions and mining companies.
Currently serves as a Board Member of the Medicines Regulatory Authority (MRA) and is a co-opted Committee Member of the Finance Risk & Audit Committee of the Botswana Institute for Technology Research and Innovation (BITRI).
Mr. Diane Mongudi currently serves as Director – Finance and Procurement at Botswana Innovation Hub (BIH). He is a seasoned accountant with over 15 year experience, a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and member of ACCA and Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (A.C.P.A). He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the University of Botswana and completed a Management Development Program with Stellenbosch University in 2013. He is a former Trustee of AON Botswana Pension Fund and former member of the Small Micro & Medium Enterprise (SMME) Committee, a sub- committee of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). He has extensive skills and experience in Auditing and Financial Accounting: Planning and execution of audits; Review and evaluation of financial risks; thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and preparation of financial statements; and Management of the finance department.
He is a Board Member at Sir Ketumile Masire Teaching Hospital and Chairman – Finance, Risk and Audit Committee Sir Ketumile Masire Teaching Hospital.
Mr. Ndulamo Hubona joined the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development as Assistant Accountant General responsible for Standards and Inspections in 2016. He maintains internal controls and leads inspections on compliance with the Finance legislation, standards and regulations. Identifies relevant international standards and laws/ legislations and establishes how they affect the Government, suggesting any amendments to existing standards and laws to improve service delivery.
Briefly worked as Acting Projects Manager – Finance at BCL Limited for 9 months was responsible for new exploration projects under the mine’s Polaris 2 strategy that sought to prolong the life of mine by bringing new projects. Played a leading role in the preparation of BCL Investments Pty Ltd audited financial statements and management reports. Worked as senior cost analyst responsible for budgeting and cost management of the metals division of the mine from 2011. I oversaw the implementation of business improvement initiatives that were focussing on the metals production division of the mine.
Previously worked as an Assistant Accountant for Budgets at Botswana Telecommunications Corporation and was responsible for preparation and writing of corporate budgets and accounts reconciliations.
Ndulamo Hubona is member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – (ACCA) and also admitted as an Associate Certified Professional Accountant with Botswana Institute of Accountants (BICA). He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Botswana.

Masego Gwaila is a self-driven individual who is an Independent Consultant who provides business advisory services to SMEs. She is also a Supplier Development Programme Consultant under the United Nations Development Programme.
Masego is a thoroughbred researcher, who has carried extensive research in Botswana with focus on the SMEs sector and Youth Entrepreneurship, she does socio- economic research for the government and the private sector. She has worked with a number of organisations including the UNDP, Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Culture, and National Development Bank.
She was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer Client Services at the Local Enterprise Authority from 2014 to 2018. Prior to assuming this position, she was the Director of Research and Development at LEA with the responsibility of identifying business opportunities for SMMEs in all economic sectors in Botswana. Her research work was instrumental in informing and driving the LEA Strategy and promoting the identified opportunities for the uptake by SMMEs in the country.
Masego Gwaila holds a Masters’ Degree in Economics and a Master of Science in Strategic Management. She also has Accounting and Economics Degree and Intermediate Certificate of Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators.
