ABOUT US
Botswana Privatisation Asset Holdings (BPAH) is a company incorporated in the Republic of Botswana. Its primary mandate is to collect, receive, warehouse and ultimately dispose of Government shares from privatised state entities.
Specifically, BPAH will hold Government’s indefinite period shareholding including interest and dividends accrued for investment in a prudent manner. This process was initiated with Government’s shareholding in the BBS Limited.
BPAH is also tasked with the gradual disposal of shares in a prudent and orderly fashion at fair market value to citizens, in line with Government’s privatisation policy. The disposal should be aligned with the directives issued by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
